I made an online purchase of $69.99 on 02/17/17. I was to receive my goods within a week. I went to track my package and there was no tracking information. I went on to reach via customer service and received no response. I later received a $10.00 refund and was told I received my full refund. I then responded back asking why it was only $10.00 and why my other items haven't shipped. That has been over 3 weeks ago and I have still not received a response. I later went online to do some research and found that I am not the first victim of this theft. I also learned that the owner was convicted of fraud in 2013. I have written close to a dozen emails, disputed the transcation through paypal, and left complaints. To date I have received no information or correspondance at all. This company is a fraud and I wouldn't advise anyone to purchase from them.
