Alina Panasiuk Ms. Panasuik has a history of creating Go Fund Me Campaigns to fill her own pockets. She has done campaigns for her pets, herself & now is taking advantage of the Ukraine conflict to support her own finances. I used to work with Ms. Panasuik who openly shared what she actually uses the fundraising funds for. Please avoid supporting her fraudulent fundraisers.

She is lucky that I dont report her to her employer. She works in health care so who knows what other unethical things she has done in her career.

Please avoid supporting her fraudulent fundraisers.

The short version:

Dusty Daleo, real name Dustin Tovsen, came down from Alaska to New Orleans to play jazz 6 years ago and has been on a mission to screw over as many musicians as possible in the process. He personally owes me over $200

The TL;DR version:

Dusty regularly hires musicians, uses them for financial favors, and then refuses to pay them back for said favors. He claims that hiring me and other musicians for gigs counts as him paying us back. He doesn't seem to understand that if someone lends him money and then works for him also, he's obligated to pay them back both for the loan and then ALSO for the work they've done. He's done this to me and 5 other musicians that I know personally, each in a different state and one of whom is in a different country now.

Dusty also abondoned his famed Subaru at my friend's house (fiddle player) in New Mexico in February of 2016. It sat in her driveway broken down for a year and half- he did nothing about it- and Dusty actually called me up to have a hissy fit when she had it towed.

On top of it all, Dusty has a loooooooooong history of physically assaulting bandmates. He attacked me physically more than once. He gets into fist fights at shows. He has a warrant in another state for one such incident.

The thing is, Dusty isn't actually that great a musician, but he's a good bandleader and salesman, and he knows how to make money. So, he's able to surround himself with good musicians that don't have the salesman talent and need the money badly, which makes it all the more of a jerk move for him to be actively ripping off these musicians.

I wish he would use the money raised in his gofundme to pay back the various people he's screwed over but I seriously doubt that will happen. So, on that note, I advise all readers not to donate to this guy's page.

I was seeking Hurricane Irma relief. I had a down fence, roof fan ripped off roof, and displaced shingles and down trees. Unfortunately FIMA declined to help. So I sought to start an internet campaign for donations. I signed up on this website. Created my account, story and uploaded picture of damage.

A few weeks go by and no activity. Finally my sister donates money through the campaign, and GoFundMe.com immediately shuts down the campaign. I am unable to log in. They send me email saying they canceled campaign and did not refund the donation. This was a clear scam.

I set up a GoFundMe account for a friend who's husband and son were killed in an airplane crash as a way to help them with their expenses. After all was said and done and funds were transferred to the widow and her 3 remaining children, GoFundMe & WePay began randomly taking money out of my bank account and was not helpful in resolving issue and continued taking money out of account. After repeatedly asking and then demanding for them to delete our account and all information contained therein, I had to dispute the charges with my bank and put a stop payment on any future payments that they may attempt to do. I finally had to have our attorney write them a letter and contact the authorities for their illegal activities before they ended up sending an email apologizing and saying that they would willing refund all of the money that they had "taken by accident".

What a bunch of BS. They are nothing but a scam company! So beware!!!

I set up a genuine gofundme account. Last week I noticed that the funds had been withdrawn to a fraudulent account. I also noticed funds had been redirected to the same fraudulent account via text on my phone (the correct details were intercepted and the fraudulent account details added to the text!). As the bank details on stripe (who partner with gofundme for transfers) show only the last 4 digits of the account I was able to obtain the full account details via the intercepted text message. I contact my bank (as the fraudulent account was set up with the same bank) and gave the details of the fraudulent account number to them and they were able to verify that the funds had been deposited there. I requested that they place a hold on the account as fraud had been committed. I was informed that as the fraud was committed on stripe and gofundme they would need to get the investigation going. When I first raised awareness of the fraud to stripe their response was "tough" they could not reverse the payment!. Once i notified them that I had reported it to the police and financial regulators they changed their approach. After almost a week of asking gofundme and stripe to contact the bank in order to track the fraud and return the funds from the fraudulent account they eventually allegedly contacted the bank to allegedly be told information could not be given to them to start a fraud investigation. I contacted the bank ( They noted no contact had been made as was alleged by stripe) and was informed that due to it being a third party I could not start an investigation. I was also informed by the bank that they have a confidential contacts list of which most businesses are added in order to be able to investigate any fraud and that stripe are not on that list! and that stripe would need to complete a data protection request in order to obtain information for the investigation. The situation leads to this which I find extremely suspicious and have called for a full police investigation into gofundme and stripe. 1. In order to withdraw donations to strip one needs to press the withdraw button via the gofundme account. Who did this as it certainly was not myself???. 2. The donations are then transferred to the stripe account (minus the percentage for gofundme)to be deposited into the account details that are on stripes system in order to be deposited into the customers account. Who changed my account details to the fraudulent account details in the stripe system???. Most certainly not myself. 3. As the victim (myself or anyone else) is now considered a third party they cannot ask for an investigation from the bank as those details are protected and only stripe of gofundme can do this, however, as they have not placed themselves on that confidential contacts list they do not request a data protection form in order to go ahead with the investigation and then return to the customer stating that they can do nothing and the funds disappear without a trace!. I have researched the internet and many others have had "missing" funds via stripe and gofundme!. This is extremely worrying given that 1. This has been done from the inside or 2. Their system has been compromised ie; hacked making millions of users details vulnerable!!!.

The guy-Mal Jones-who runs this fake organization claims to be the CEO of a corporation not for profit that does not exist. If you go to Sunbiz.org you will find there is no corporation filed only a fictitious name (which can not be tracked for tax info or accounting purposes). Claims that there are no sponsors for his supposed "free community service" but is sponsored by a local attorney (which is not diplayed on all event pages, but is displayed on his personal booking site) and takes advantage of funding from a State organization called "Florida Folklife". Get donations that supposedly are funding these free events when really all you are funding is this guys music videos. these funds are not going to a non-profit LLC or any non-profit organizations. The funds are going straight in this guys pocket. His post may say that he is community involved, but if you follow all business activities and everything his name and fictitous name are listed on you will find that all the proceeds goes straight to this guy-tax free. :/

Tracy Reece has created a GoFundMe campaign called "An Ark for Noah". It is full of outright fabrications and libelous statements. The idea of using a baby's injuries to make money by lying about the facts is as outrageous as it gets. Unfortunately, it appears that several presumably gullible people made contributions to the tune of over $400 based on these lies.

Before you get suckered and donate a penny, ask her for proof of her allegations. There is, however, proof that her statements are not accurate. If the campaign page is still up, please do not become another victim of this scam. A legitimate campaign worthy of donations uses factually accurate statements as the basis for its cause, rather than appealing to the emotions of people by showing a baby in a cast and then lying about how he received various injuries with absolutely no proof to back them up. Police reports are public records and this woman admitted to investigators that she and her husband had a five week old baby sleep in their bed with them. That could certainly explain a lot of injuries.

There are plenty of good causes to donate to and, in my opinion, this is not one of them. Do your homework, ask questions, and make sure your hard earned donation goes to a truly worthy cause.
