I have given gocrv $150.00 for a 5 day 4 night stay. I've tried to reach them several times and I'm on hold for over any hour. I've also requested vacation dates which they have refused to honor. All I want right now is my money back. My certificate is getting ready to expire in March.

This company is still at it. I had a coupon code from them it expired as i didnt claim it on line in 60 days...as they wanted... i called in they reactivated it on the spot after stateing it expired....and then said i had to pay 200 dollars for the taxes for the flight to Puerto Rico and the hotel. But during the conversation the attendent accidently stated that the taxes were between $110 and $185 dollars. So i thought whats the rest of the payment for...of the $200? i did a search on the web and there it was all the scamming thats been happening by this company......and its still going on....just got off the phone.

Gocrv looks like a total scam. They promised to do a presentation offer free gift but when we went there, the presentation was cancelled. They send us our free called gift on email which was a 2nights / 3 days vacation. I was trying to register on their website but its asking for deposits and fees etc. It was suppose to be a free vacation. Before making payment, i tried to look for reviews on the internet and i couldn't find a single positive review. My conclusion is not to pay a single cent to them until the trip is fully booked and confirmed from third party sources like hotels, airline & cruise lines.

I supposedly "won" a trip where i was responsible for my transportation & taxes only. They told me it was a standard pkg, a preferred pkg, & an all inclusive pkg. Well this was my 1st time & i wanted to go all out, so i "upgraded" to the all inclusive pkg. To find out after i checked into the property, that this is an all inclusive resort anyway. Everyone that checks into this property eats 3 meals/day & drink alcoholic & non- alcoholic beverages all day for free.

Now i need to be refunded every dollar i paid more than the standard pkg. If i have to sue i will!
