The real fraud in this is they represented themselves as experty I am ashamed to say I fell for it. They remote accessed my computer then proceeded to have full run of it. When I questioned this procedure they told me to do this for $180.00 or I could take it to for $500 dollars????? Luckily for me my friends almost immediately told me of this scam and I was able to block credit card payment and report them .
