I received a few emails from this company advertising CBD oil. I was interested because I have many pain related health problems.
The emails said get your Free trial here. Of course I had to give a credit card number to pay shipping then they offered and extra bottle for a lower price than regular. My total came to $27.85. Not so bad if it was going to work for me.
It seemed to help my knees when I rubbed it on. Then my cousin wanted to order, so I put it on my credit card for her. Received it and was charged same amount.
Then I decided not to order any more because I realized that they showed 2500mg strength on the on-line pictures of the bottle and I received only 200mg strength. I tried to email and cancel the end of the promotion.
I sent a lengthy e-mail explaining everything and next day I found out that it did not go through. So I called and after quite some time I talked to a person and she said it would cancelled and I would not be billed anymore.
When I got my bank statement there were the two charges for $27.85 each, but there was also a charge for $79.95 from the day I called to cancel.
I called immediatly and the person I spoke to pulled my record and was very rude. would not refund my money unless I returned one of the shipments. Could not understand that I paid for the two and received them and just wanted the $79.95 that was charged to me. I received nothing for that charge. He got so angry, yelled at me and told me to call back later and hung up on me.
I live on Social Security so I do not have this kind of money to just throw away.
