When I get a call, it won’t go through even after pressing #5 then it hangs up. On many occasions after pressing #5 the voice prompt then loops around again. Contacting [email protected] listed on GTL website to report this issue, is a waste of time. I even had one Rep tell me they are not associated with GTL when the email said contact them.
I received a call from Lorain Correctional Institution. I am a disabled 67 y/o Vet. My son is incarcerated. The Global Tel Company had control of the call and said I need to setup payments per month to receive the calls. I went on line and entered my debit card information the setup the account so my son could check on me. I have the emails that were sent to me showing the payment.
Now, I can't get the calls from my son and can't contact this company. I checked with my bank and the payment was submitted for $14.99.
