I bought a Solar panel and foam insulation package back in August of 2015. I was promised that my energy bill would not be over $115 on the highest energy month with these panels. I was supposed to get my garage door insulated, my outlets insulated, etc. I got my foam insulation completed first. Since they have done this, one room seems to get most of the air/heat and the rest of the house suffers. They never did the garage or the outlets. After the panels FINALLY got turned on (5 months and many calls and emails later) there was a $30 decrease in my electric bill. I have called, emailed and talked to so many different people that have promised so many things and we still have had nothing done. Last person I had contact with said he was their legal consultant and that he could do things that the "reps" I had talked to in the past could not. He said the person that sold me my unit lied to customers, promised stuff, etc. etc. etc. Said he would look into things and get back to us. That was a month and a half ago. Now he is not returning emails. DO NOT buy your panels from this company. They are not reliable or at all ethical.

When they gave me literature about their services, though, it was something that I was initially interested in and their website, BBB, etc. seemed to check out so I agreed to have an in-home energy audit a few days later. After the spiel was over, one of the sales people asked what race I was because he had a great multi-level-marketing program that a lot of people of my race are in. That should have been my first hint right there that these people were less-than-professional.
Unfortunately, an emergency came up and I was not able to be home for the audit. Not to worry, though, because the calls started up the very next day. Most of them were while I was at a meeting at work so I was unable to answer the phone but they persisted until after 6pm. I answered one of the calls and explained the situation, then told them that I would call them back when things were straightened out at my house, which would probably be after New Year's. She agreed and we hung up. No sooner had I put my phone down did I get ANOTHER call from a different number from the same people. It was the sixth call that day and I finally put my foot down, told them to stop calling, and put both numbers on the auto reject list.
Now after reading the other review on this site I am grateful that I didn't go through with it after all. If this is how pushy their sales people are on the phone, I don't want to imagine what it would have been like with one actually in my home. I have since heard other stories from employees that police had to have been called because the in-home salesperson refused to leave and tactics became aggressive. My boyfriend is a police officer so we would have been okay on that front, but I truly wish I had read those employee reviews before I had proceeded.

Started it off as ba independent contractor after 3 months I signed a contract to be a regular employee.Not really liking the language of the contract on March 2, I singed it anyway. I sold a job for 27,500 in February and it got finaced on or around March 27 or so.It takes 4 to five weeks to get jobs completed.I left the company in April,27 because of money for jobs not being paid. and to this point I'm owed for 7 jobs for over 10,000 dollars.I used my own car, cell phone, tablet which was 400 dollars, and spent thousands dollars in gas as well.And on top uf that I had a customer call me for new customers calling me for new accounts.Not once did I bad mouth this company cause I trully believe in them. After the fact i contacted the area director Tyler Tucker, by text on April 29, he said he would be happy to meet with me the next day on the April 30. scared cause I woundn't get paid I said I wanted to come back to work, if he would adjust my pay.He agreed to look at it and make changes in which he did. was suppose to meet with him on April 30th at 9:amn but didnit make it due to prior emergency.Called him and he said he was on his way back to Texas, and he would call me when he got back.Well never got a call nor did I get paid. Tried to reach out but no response.
