Back on Saturday, February 29th, 2020, I wrote You a Very Serious Letter Of Complaint about My 88 year old mother who suffers from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition, Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs, along with Arthritis In Both Of Her Knees Which Affects Her Mobility had Received Several Packages Of Your Pocky Green Tea The Vert Biscuit Sticks and They Tasted Horrible!
My 88 year old mother and I have both tried Various Green Tea Products, however, I would say this one (1) was Definitely Not On Our Favourite List!
I am Not sure what happened during the manufacturing, packing and/or shipping/transportation process, but my mother must have received a Bad Batch!
In Any Case: If my mother could please get Full Product Replacement for the item(s) that she is complaining about then that would be more than appreciated!
