Glenridge starts off as having a broker talk to you in the beginning to get you to invest a minimal of $2500 to get started. This covers your first 20 investments that the broker makes for you, penalty free after those investment is completed by the broker drops you. He then sends you email with instructions on how to do it yourself and what to invest in but when you try to make the investment you can’t get through to the server. If you do get through the timing will just miss the time range that your supposed to investing in. But by some miracle you do make money and you want to withdraw your winnings you must close your account to get it. Their policy for collecting your money is 21 business days for the time they accept your request. I have been waiting for 6 months to get my money back. Every time I call about money I get the same excuse that theirs a list of people before me and they will get to me as soon as they can. It’s been 6 months how long is this list and why is everybody trying to get out? If you are thinking about investing with Glenridge don’t.

The company has made it impossible to win any trades as they have put a spread on everything which ensures you lose all trades under 5 minutes.

This volume requirement quickly balloons to many millions but they ensure that this is no problem and they will help you all along the way to easily meet this requirement.
Once they believe that you have no more of your own funds to add to the account they stop calling you. You are largely left on your own. Now you find yourself in very deep water with no way to swim to shore. It is nearly impossible to do profitable trading on your own. Indeed, even the trades that they suggest are at best break-even.

I just met him on NFP time around 05:20AM PST 04/01/2016. and I had complainted him. He said.. he was in hospital. I said to him "sorry".
I asked him why you did block my account not to trade in my account and said, I could not trade for 3 days.
I explained everything. He said there is a reason your credit card used a month a go was not verified. I can not accept the reason. It was deposited a month ago. You should ask me earlier. I do not any notice from you regarding unverification of my mastercard used a month ago.
I complained him and he released my account to trade continue at that time suddenly.
Actully, I had the LIVE NFP Trading Invitiation from Binary International. So, I had opened my browser and I traded with same as the Binary International Live NFP Trading.
I traded PUT for USD/JPY, I belive a lot of traders made a lot of profit at that moment, because everybody knew that already.
But I got a shock, because I lost my trade for USD/JPY. My screen was not current market in the GlenridgeCapital.
I tried to resolve this issue, like send emails to billing / compliance / support and account manager.
They do not response.
Account manager said it is your fault, and he said I can not help you because you trade by yourself.
