We have been offered of buy out of our company by Gilla`s representatives. Becasue they are on NASDAQ, they said, that it will take longer, so therefore we have signed 1 year production contract whit the option of buy out. In the contract was also penalty, if this will not happen.
Buy out didnt happen and Gilla was not paying the invoices to us. Before end of the contract, they left and left us with unpaid invoices and the penalty and in the stage of bunkropcy. We are not able to put them to court.
Gilla did this already in different states (Canada, Hungary, Slovakia...). This is how they do business, promising bright future, not paying invoices and then run away.
