I had 4 unused gift cards ($25 each) totaling $100. I agreed to sell these to GiftCardRescue for $75 dollars and sent the 4 physical cards to them on 4/11/16. They arrived on 4/15. The website indicated that payment would be issued 2 days upon receipt of physical cards via first class mail. My tracking information shows that though they arrived on 4/15 but they weren’t "received" till 4/30. I called prior to this and was told they were there but they take 2-3 weeks to "receive" them and that the “2 day policy would be changed”? I expected payment to be mailed immediately from this point. When that didn’t happen I called back and was told that it may take 3-5 days to "process" a payment. 10 days later my account showed "payment processed" on 5/9. This processed payment again, left me expecting payment to be mailed within 2 days and was assured a check would be in my possession within 3-5 days. When that never happened I called back yet again and was told checks may take up to 30 days to arrive. Considering they advertise payments being sent via first class mail, 30 days is an egregious exaggeration of how long mail actually takes. When 30 days had passed I called back and was told the check likely "got lost in the mail" and this happens all the time. When I asked about a check number, tracking information, when the payment was processed, I was told they "didn't track that information". I was then told the original check "would be cancelled" and a new one issued. I should’ve expect arrival of this within 3-5 business days. 5 business days have since passed and still no payment. It’s been a total of 70 days without payment. The operators of this site and this business are unethical and fraudulent and have no regard for good business practices and ultimately are defraud customers every day.

I sold this company a Tiffany & Co. Gift card valued at $534.60. I shipped them the gift card via USPS first class mail on June 29th, 2015. It should of arrived at their office in only 3-4 days, since it's being sent from California to Maryland. They sent me an email on July 20th, 2015, saying they received my card and they will be sending a check that day. That's a full 21 days it took for them to receive my gift card. Now it's August 10th, 2015 and I still have not received my check yet. A full 15 business days after they notified my my check has been sent. My order number is LSXF. I sold them a Tiffany & Co. Gift card valued at $534.60 for $454.41.

Bought a card and checked the balance when it arrived and it was all there. This was a Christmas present for someone living/going to school out of town. They went to use it and the balance was $0. They said no refund as it was after their 60 day guarantee period. This was a Pac Sun card and I called them to see when and where it was used and it is in their Corporate office for fraud, whoever bought this used a credit card that was not theirs and then sold it on Gift Card Rescue who paid them the money. I'm sure they're going to get their money back by having their bank reverse the credit as long as the bank they put it into is still active but they won't give me my money back. Even went to the BBB which they are not accredited with. Gift Card Rescue's website states "The sale of stolen property or the perpetration of fraud on GiftCardRescue.com is strictly forbidden and violates the law" and other wording. Their website is a fraud because they are not doing anything even though I told them the card I purchased was from the sale of stolen property. DO NOT use this website they are a rip off! Use they are great!
