I bought a Roberto Cavalli watch from giftstreet123 Via Ebay on the Dec 20, 2017 , and they claim to ship it Via First class priority mail , and till now.I haven't received the watch. I have sent them email and called them severally. They have refused to pick up my calls or attend to me. People should avoid buying from this company giftstreet123.com and this seller giftstreet123 . They have refused to send me the watch i paid for.
Rebuttal - the reviewer leaves out a few important things...
The buyer goes under two different user ID's on eBay (arrow9988 and williamgran-4). As arrow9988 he returned a watch that was thoroughly abused - scuffs, scratches, and with a part of the watch replaced, its crown. The crown is the piece that lets you set the time. This crown had a stone inset to it. Before the return was authorized I asked him about the condition of the returning item - he assured me that it was as received. I complained to eBay and they found for us. The buyer was paid out directly from eBay, I had to do nothing. It was suggested by eBay that I block him from buying anything further. After I did that for the next week or so, on a daily basis he kept being asked to be unblocked. Finally the emails stopped and he opened up a new account (williamgran-4), but I didn't catch it in enough time. Under this account he purchased two more watches, and right after he shipped we got a message from eBay not to sell to the buyer as he was flagged for being a fraudulent account and no longer registered on eBay. It was too late. One of two watches arrived sooner than the other but the seconds USPS tracking number showed that it was in transit. As of 1/15 USPS has the watch being received on the 8th where it was sent to a freight forwarding company. If you're an eBay seller and you happen to read this review please remember this two user ID's this buyer uses and block them.
