On Jan.29,2018 I order a Grandpa Garden Gnome item # 1336 from the online store GG Decor. I paid the total amount of $ 10.75 in full by credit card on that date. On Feb.2,2018 I received an email from them that said Order Status is Processing. Then on Feb.26,2018 I received an email that stated item was no longer available. The email stated on Feb.26,2018 that Order status Changed to Refunded. I have never received a refund from GG Decor and all attempts to contact them by email or phone have failed. I emailed company at [email protected] which was provided by them. I called phone number provided-800-5584515. At first response was all our reps are helping other customers and to leave a message which I did several times with my number-no response. Now the phone is busy each time I call.

Ordered two item from this so call company from their add on Facebook. They immediately billed my credit card. two weeks later sent me an email saying the order was shipped by Fed-Ex but gave no tracking number. When I asked for a tracking number they said Fed-Ex does not give that info out. When i persisted, they said my credit card would be credited, that was six weks ago and still no refund. the web site has since been taken down.

We ordered a product from an online retailer GG-Decor.com. I wish I would have looked deeper that there was no phone number or address thinking it would all be in a order receipt or correspondence. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! My order was 1/21/18. After about a week and a half we finally got an email saying that the order status was delayed. Then later on 2/6/18 we received another email saying that the order status was refunded.

I sent them an email asking them WHY?, and where was my refund and the response email said "Out of Office" then minutes after another email said it takes 2-5 business days and now it is 2/26/2018 and still no refund. Again - I did not cancel my order. I see it is happening to others here and the BBB has 6 complaints. Some identical to our situation. We need to look at a Class Action filing or get a criminal investigation going. This person wrote me back with a viscous email since and all I can say that he is brazen and acts like they are untouchable for little amounts of money.

Lastly and most recent corresponded with Square - the credit card company. They told me my refund was NOT approved and that is all they could tell me - But to do a formal dispute with my bank and their dispute team will assist. For them to say it wasnt approved to me means all the funds get tapped by GG Decor and no reserve for refunds are there. Sureley Square is getting other complaints and something shady is going on.

To other victims, let's team up and get consumer affairs on thses guys. Do something. The last email I received was so nasty that me and the wife were saying we are sure glad we are in a state where we and our adult kids can defend ourselves... 2nd Amendment people know what I mean.

We ordered a Wonder Bible Compact Audio Player from GG-Decor.com, and it took a while and took a while, then finally after about a week and a half we finally got an email saying that the order status was delayed. Then later after about another couple of weeks, we received another email saying that the order status was refunded.

So I checked my credit card activity and there was no refund. So I sent them an email asking them, where was my refund, and why was my credit card charged if no merchandise was never sent? And immediately I received an email back that looked automated saying, "Office closed until futher notice because of a family crisis".

I don't believe that simply because if you go to their website now, you see that the Wonder Bible Compact Audio Player is still for sale and still in stock according to their website. So why didn't we receive our order?

It might be just $31, but we're upset for getting defrauded, and what if they keep getting away with this?
