July 2nd I purchased a tv scout antenna and amplifier. Two separate billing one for 31 bucks and the second 32 bucks. I received the antenna but amplifier has never shown up today is August 18th. I contacted them thru the internet on their site. NEVER got a response, this was within the 30 money back gurantee. So I went to my bank stmt and there was really no useable info. It said (HTTPSWWW.GETT NY CARD) so I went to website to get phone number but there were so many messages it said there was no more room to leave a recording. So I called for a couple of hours and same everytime.
I ordered a TV antenna from Gettvscout after receiving an email from this company. I was interested in the product and submitted an order. The company deduced nearly $65 from my bank account, but the product did not arrive until nearly a month later.
After trying the antenna, I discovered that my current digital antenna out performed their product. I contacted the company by email and asked to return the product, but was told they did not make refunds. They would only replace an item if it was defective. I have told them I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income but that did not matter to them.
I am filing this report to hopefully receive a refund, but to warn others to stay away from this company as they take your money and then ignore your requests for a refund.
