My dishwasher would not drain at the end of a cycle. I googled and found these guys in the Internet. I called them and scheduled an visit. The guy showed up 40 minutes late the day/time of the visit. He checked the dishwasher and told me it was clogged and to clean-up would cost US$180.
He proceeded with service for 30 min. He did whatever and drained it. He charged me $210 (he said he had done additional stuff). I had a coupon and it came down to $ 169.
He left and after running 1st cycle, guess what? The dishwasher did not drain. I called the company a couple times and they re-sent the same guy. He came, checked (did whatever again to drain it) and said it was drained and working that time.
The saga continued, no normal draining after cycles. I called the company again, explained the situation and they asked me to talk to "Robin" the general manager after 8 PM. Called once, she said she was going to talk to the Technician and call me back.
No call back. I ended up calling her 4 more times. Robin is very rude and of course a liar.
She finally scheduled a new visit for Saturday, today between 11-1PM. The technician did not show up, no call, nothing. I did some research in the Internet and found the company under 4 different names (same phone though). I believe this is a gang. It is a scam! I wanted to pay by credit card, but they only accepted checks. After my research, I realized by paying by check you cannot dispute.
Well, in summary they stole me $ 170. Stay away from this company! I have no doubt this is a scam.
