David Reyes, an employee of Genesis Sattelite came to my door on 6/29/16 and switched my dish tv service to Dish network. He saved me $20 a month for a 2 year contract. I paid him that day $54 for the balance of a $154 for early cancelation from direct TV. And I have not heard from him yet. He was supposed to pay me the ramaining $100 from his commission as soon as I had the bill and paid it. I paid the fee on 7/4/16 my next billing cycle. I sent copies of all the bills and agreements to there main office in Kennewick, at the time i found an email address. They say they have never seen it. Now there is no email address that I can find. The answering machine was tied into 5 ads for Att products and surveys.
I finally got through all of those once and left an email message and I left a message on an facebook account that showed up on a google search. I recieved a phone call from them saying they were not liable for anything since I switched back to Direct TV due to his lack of response 3 weeks after waiting for a response. I now just paid $460 to Dish for early cancelation fee. I told them they owed me the $157 I paid direct plus the $57 I paid the day he signed me up for Dish. That would be $214 they cost me. Don't ever do business with a sattelite saleman that comes to your door. Call the company on the phone so you know where you stand. They are still on Google but I don't know if they are stil in business or not using practices. BBB has several of the same type incendents recorded.
