I had two seperate orders for their leggings. Both were purchased as Christmas Gifts. The orders totaled around $175.00. First of all, these leggings are WAY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET. They have crazy patterns but the quality is no different than the $20.00 leggings I have. The return policy does not come into effect until AFTER YOU WANT TO RETURN THEM. No mention of the crazy impossible return policy BEFORE you place your order!! If you are not 100% positive that you will like the pattern and like paying an inflated amount for these leggings, DON'T ORDER THEM. They will not accept returns if: you or the gift recipient does not like them, if you want to exchange for a different pattern, if you do not submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the item and other ridiculous requirements. They have all kinds of positive reviews but DO NOT POST THEIR NEGATIVE REVIEWS. CANNOT POST A REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE. The only reviews are people that send their picture in wearing the leggings in hopes of making the webpage. NOT WORTH THE MONEY, TOTAL RIPOFF, YOU ARE STUCK WITH WHAT YOU GET NO MATTER WHAT.
My mom and I have been trying to reach someone from this company for MONTHS and have not gotten a single response. We are fed up and just want a refund or our order that we paid a lot of money for. They blocked us from commenting on GearBunch Facebook so we know someone is seeing our messages. This is ridiculous. They took our money and we have not received the products that we paid for. We ordered back in NOVEMBER 2018 and have not received anything, it is now JANUARY 2019. When we check the order status is says that USPS is still awaiting our package. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone from this company!! Very disappointing.
I signed up for a monthly mystery box in 2018. Everything was going fine, until Dec, 2018. I believe they implemented a new billing system - and although I was charged, I never received a monthly box. I have been at the same house for over 15 years, so I don't think it was on my side. And worst, I called and left voice mail messages - no responses.
Sent emails - no response. Request return authorizations - no response. Tried chats - they said they would resend the mystery box - still got nothing. There has to be some glitch in their system for the monthly mystery box, because if I do a stand-alone order - I get the product. I have finally cancelled my monthly subscription, and just want my money back.
Buyer Beware! Their return policy is ludicrous. You can't return a pair of leggings if you try them on and don't like them. You can only return (for an exchange) if they are damaged or the size is wrong.
They are not inexpensive. I will never order from them again for fear of not being able to return.
Worst customer service ever. You can never get a person on the phone. Leave a message to no call back. Emailing them is pointless. Lost package with no help to find it. They take your money and run. I’ve filed with PayPal to get my money back
Just another crappy low quality company who has obviously outsourced to China, first few items I ordered were awesome then they clearly either sold their company or subcontracted to China. Super disappointed complaints never resolve
I entererd an order in Gearbunch website on Sep 28 2017 for 2 pairs of leggings. I paid 160 dlls and the items never arrived.
I contacted their support department several times, my emails being answered by "Mark" and "Kerry Lee". Every time they refused to refund my money.
They just replied that I had to wait for my package to arrive. After the order status in their own website changed status to "Expired" they just replied to my latest inquiry saying that I had to contact my local post office. No other indication.
After almost two months my items have not arrived and they havent got my money back.
