Garner property had me pay rent in September 2014 and when receive my money they sent me a letter telling me to move cause owner was selling property i move by the date requested now they took my income tax money saying i owe them for october november and december now how do i owe when i moved like they told me and did not renew my lease in may of that year. they also owe me for damages to my clothes wash machine dryer due to backup in basement that they did not repair and other damage items
Andrea Mack at Garner Properties and Management promised me a check for $2,125.21; for a property they were managing for me in Detroit, Michigan. After over two weeks of e-mailing and calling, I was informed the check was mailed and cashed by my 401K. Which was not what she promised or what they did and I am very displeased.
