Gaia.com is an online video streaming website with tons of documentaries, regardless of the variety of videos, the quality is NOT the problem, the lack of customer service and responding to people via email is CRIMINAL (at least it should be). Locked me out, refuse to respond and took my money, with no response to my complaints.
I paid money to this website only to be locked out shortly after they took my money. I emailed numerous times the support email that is provided only through the website, no customer service number. Only to be IGNORED numerous times. NO ONE EVER RESPONDED!!!
They refuse to respond as I EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES, THAT I WAS LOCKED OUT AND THEIR WEBSITE CLAIMS MY EMAIL IS NOT IN THEIR SYSTEM!!!
However, Just an hour ago I get a bogus no-reply email stating this and the email address they sent it to was not the email I signed up with, but it is the email they IGNORED when I made a complaint of being locked out after they took my money.
That proves they recieved my complaints through their website, but choose to ignore me. SO F**UC**K Y**OU GAIA!!!
I was not able to use the "forget password" because their website system was claiming my email was NOT in their system. So that means it was manually deleted!!!
This company is FRAUD, LIARS and THIEVES!!!! I NEVER CANCELLED, I WAS LOCKED OUT!!!
