I have ordered a Dirt bike and a ATV in 10 December 2017 and paid whith my credit card. On that moment i recieve an internet payment transaction declaration of 241.85 euros ( corret whith the order). Them the debit in my credit card was 305 euros. I can t contact them, can t track my order and have allready pass 11 busines days and didn t recieve anything ( the site said that they delivery in 3-7 business days)
I try to send them an email but haven t got any anser . Now my credentials to enter the site are bloked. I create a new ones s but they dont anser. The bank said that i can t refund me because the payment is allready maid. What can i do?
I order my son the kid mini quad on November 28 they took my money out my account December 2 still no bike and it December 14 for something that was going to take 3-5 days 15 dollars shipping.
I was scrolling through Facebook when I found an ad offering for low price 4 wheelers and motorcycles. They look to be cheaper made so I thought it was an authentic add. I got on gave them my personal information and made a charge of a $126. I have yet to receive any notifications and have not received anything in the mail from them. The money was taken out of my account and all I can find are ads of people getting ripped off by this company.
