I order 3 antennas from FoxTvAntenna in July,2017 they did not ship untill Aug 03,2017. The Company Debit my account on Aug 04,2017 for $84.13. I received the antennas the end of Aug,2017. upon receiving antennas I open package & connected one of the antennas to my TV did not get any reception.
There was no invoice in the package with information to return product. Trying to contact company bye Email or phone number doe's not work. The Email doe's not take incoming text & the phone numbers I have 2 no matter what time you call you never get a real person, the numbers are 716-330-1335 & 613-518-7065. To me this is a SCAM.
Ordered product TV FOX Antenna off ad on Facebook. The product that came in mail is a knockoff product. Name on product box says HC which is a backward C TV antenna. It should say TV FOX Antenna. When you call the only phone number they give you which is supposedly customer service you get a machine that tells you no one there to take call so leave message and they will call back.
Been calling leaving messages for two whole day nothing! Sent an email to them to and nothing! I paid $37.45 for one antenna and received what looks like a cheaper version of the original TV FOX Antenna. I'm not happy and hate being scammed! Don't order it from online to many scam artist out there today.
Ordered and received a tvfox antenna wouldn’t even receive a signal. There is no information in the packaging on returning product or contacting them. This is a total fraud. I accept I’ve been scammed but very angry that the company are still being allowed to advertise on Facebook
Same for me. I am a senior in Canada. I ordered one antenna and one amphlier on December 1, 2017. Finally received after letting them know I did not have it on January 11, 2018. It would not work for me. I too requested a postage ticket to return, but also told no. I was told to send back to the Netherlands. Total cost of my order was $70.73. To ship back with a tracking number was $54.61. So IF I am even reimbursed I will only realize $16.12 of my money back. I will update when I find out if they will refund my money. I was laid off in 2014 from a job I had worked for 15 years due to the economy in Canada. My pension is barely over $1000 per month so I had to cut off my internet tv as it was costing too much. Now I was scammed. I just got an message that they will refund my money. Well at least they did that. Do not deal with these people.

I saw this ad on the internet advertising free TV. It said get rid of your cable and still get all the channels and more. Not true.
Wanted to return it for refund. Post office charges were $22.00.
I emailed the company and asked them to send me a return postage slip. They said it was my responsibilit. It was shipped to me for free.
No where did it say return postage was my responsibility and no where did it say the item was coming from out of the country.
Since it knew all about our cables, I figured it was in the USA.
I am a senior and I cannot afford the postage to return this item for a refund. The product cost me about $100.

I do not understand why I have to return a package to the Netherlands, when it came from Germany and the company website says theay are from London.
Is this a scam? I think so, cannot event get a return paid label and hope they will provide a full refund.
I think is unjust and not good practice as a business.
