This company offers products like Life Token, and never ships the item. However, they still take your money. They don’t respond to emails and won’t refund your money.
I ordered in april. Money was taken out immediately. Ad said ship in 3 to 5 days. Then they said a few weeks due to pandemic. I have constantly been emailing and have only recd 1 reply. Said it would ship in 4 days. That was a month ago. NO INFO. NO RESPONSE TO THE EMAILS. NO REFUND!!!!!! SORRY FOLKS!!
Order an item at the end of March and never received it. When I inquired about it, I was given time frame when it would be shipped. When that didn't happen, I told them if they couldn't fulfill the order, I wanted a refund. I was told they'd process a refund. Of course, 2 weeks later I have no refund. I filled a complaint about them with PayPal, and now they are not replying to PayPal. This is a total sham business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
I finally got fed up and started to comment on their Instagram account, and now I am blocked from their page so I cannot warn others. When I emailed them and asked for a refund I was told my product would ship tomorrow (10/13). They did not acknowledge my request to cancel for a refund. My boyfriend ordered me a bracelet like they “make” from a company called LifeToken so I thought I would get him one too. When I was scrolling through Instagram this company popped up so I thought I would give it a try. I should have googled them first or even looked on social media where there are pages dedicated to them being a scam. Buyer beware and stay away!!
Ordered 4 items on sale, 3 arrived wrong color, 2 were broken. These were gifts. I emailed 3 times and commented on their fb ad twice to get a corrected order, no response at all.
I paid to have a sloth personalized plaque. I've never received the item and they gave me a tracking number and the tracking number is fake. As soon as i hit by now the money was taken immediately out of my checking account.
I ordered a month ago and the confirmation said my order would ship in 4 days. Except it didn't and they ignored my repeated emails. Within the last couple days I did receive tracking information, only after posting publicly on all their social media accounts.
I'm wondering did you ever get your stuff that you ordered? Because I ordered April 23rd and still have not gotten my things nor have I gotten a response!
Purchased State Ring that was supposed to be made from state quarters for My son for Christmas Months ago the only reason I purchased items is my son wants to be a Marine and the website states that part of the proceeds go to disabled vets. took my money and never got my order. even got my order number confirmation email order number 12890 emailed them 4 times with no response. last e-mail told them I would report them if I didn't get my money back or my product I ordered and still haven't heard from the company.
