On march the 3rd i got a used kia rio5 from fredy kia car lot in houston. I ask about a carfax they told me it was in the paper work. The carfax was not in any paperwork. The only thing they stood by was replacing my windshield. On the way to the car lot my engine light came on and my car started shaking then my tpms light came on i call and ask them if they could check it out they told me no that i would have to do it myself they don't give warranties to used cars. I went on line to get a carfax report but it read access denied. Went got a diagnosis test done and it will cost me a lot of money to get fix. I have had other used cars before but fredy is a piece of work then after i started asking about the carfax they started treating me very badly. They told me they would replace my spare tire and they have not i had to travel back to beaumont without a spare tire. Please do not get a use car from fredycars.com
