Instead of complying to it, this piece of work, goes behind your back again and files a fraud dispute claiming you never refunded him for something he never returned. He loves to make up his own policies just to get his own way. Then when you send this idiot to collections, he's once again trying to play his games wanting to return the item, for something that he received as described.
