Tim Green of Fox Scientific contacted our company about doing some work at a new location he was opening in Mobile, AL. He requested that we do quite a bit of work on a new building he was leasing, including wiring for internet connections and for the one employee he had at the location. We explained to him that we could do this work, but we were a contract based company and that we would like to manage the system under a contract.
Tim Green assured us that once we did the work, we would get the contract. We sent our employees to the new location and then installed a lot of equipment and other hardware. We did a lot of wiring to the building and expended a lot of labor hours on this client. After the work was done, Tim Green refused to pay the bill and certainly wasn't interested in a contract.
We were bait and switched. Ultimately, we are out thousands of dollars in labor and equipment that Fox Scientific refuses to return or pay for. Beware when doing business with Tim Green of Fox Scientific!!
