Fox and Grapes - Online Scam!

I placed an order online for a Lego 3-D puzzle with free shipping (3-8 days). I did not receive an order confirmation, so I emailed them through their online Customer Support link. I never received a response. I later called their Customer Support line and left a voice message -- never received a reply. Over the course of two weeks I sent several emails via their website and made numerous calls and never once reached anyone nor did anyone call me back. In the last communication I informed them that if I did not hear back by the end of that day, I was going to dispute the charges since I never received the merchandise not received and responses to my inquiries.

I did in fact contact my credit card company to dispute their charges and requested the credit card company to remove the charges. They have done as I requested and will NEVER purchase from this company again!

Got My Credit Card and Mailing Address

Some how they got my info and are sending me boxes of face cream and charging me $22.78 a box. I just received the third box yesterday and will be writing my credit card company for removal of charges. I refused the last two at the Post Office.

Liars and thieves

I placed an order. They sent an email confirmation. Then cancelled the order claiming the items were out of stock. I went into the website and they were still selling the items, however had raised the price substantially. Now I have to dispute the credit card charge because they have refused to refund my money, even though they cancelled the order after lying to me. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

I have bought a shampoo from this online company that is no longer available in regular stores. Before I placed my order I reached out via phone and email to confirm that the product they are advertising on their website is actually the product I will be receiving. No response after several attempts. I ended up placing the order, which was delivered two days later. Sure enough they send me the "newer version" of this shampoo, which is not the one they are advertising.

I reached out to them again via phone and email to arrange a return because the return information provided along with the shipment was for a totally different amazon store. I called amazon to see what I can do and they were not able to help me. They explained since Fox and Grapes is not a directly approved vendor with amazon they can't issue me a return label.

So now I'm sitting on this $55 shampoo that is not them item I ordered, I have no way of returning it for a refund, and Fox and Grapes is completely unresponsive. This is by far the worst online service I have ever received.

I orderd a product about a month ago and have not been able to get in touch with them over phone or email ticket. I have been trying all month, but no results. They scammed me out of around $40.

I never received my order

I placed and order on April 29 it’s about to be a month and I never received my order. I have been contacting their phone number and sending emails and they never response. I lost my time and Money.

This was my 1st time I place an order & it was very successful I got an email that said I will receive shipment 2 to 6 days & I got it today on the 6th day Although I didn't got a tracking # But I'm happy I got my order Thank You so much

This on-line supplier is not responsive and not Customer Friendly

I placed an order online which indicated that it would be delivered in 2-6 days. I made a comment with my order that this was a time sensitive request and that if they could not deliver within their 6 day estimate they should let me know. I immediately receive a response that they received my order and that they would send an update. After not having hear anything after 2 days I inquired about the shipping / delivery status of my order. I NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY as of the 5th day into the process. Either this outfit lacks a Customer Friendly approach or they are an online scam. Whatever the case I found them to be a waste of my time.

Bait and switch!

I ordered MalloMe Roasting Sticks from Fox and Grapes as I had searched for this specific product because it is made in the USA. Shortly after ordering, I received two emails almost simultaneously. One email stated the item was out of stock and money would be refunded to my credit card. The other email stated the product had shipped! I emailed Customer Service and was informed that the product had indeed shipped. Package arrived only to reveal the MalloMe (Made in the USA product) I ordered had been substituted with another brand, Arres, which is made in China. I was also charged $28.95 + $4.95 (plus necessarily sales tax)= $35.93 for an item I could have purchased with my Amazon Prime account for $21.97 plus tax. I have contacted Fox and Grapes once again but have yet to receive a reply. Bait and switch!

You place an order and they use your card info to see if it works. Then “refund it”. Send the refund receipt to your banks and get new cards ASAP!!!!

Scammers don't buy from Fox and Grapes

Liars and refuse to answer there phones or emails. They sent me a mirror compact from Amazon at double the cost plus shipping. I have Amazon prime I would have ordered it off Amazon if that was what I wanted, what they had pictured was something different than what I got.They now refuse to answer me on how to return the item. I'm going to see if my bank will file a charge back for the item since they refuse to answer me. I legally could return the item if I actually had a return address according to the state laws so hopefully the bank will help me out. They have their own website but just buy things thru Amazon and ship it to you from Amazon so I have no way to return it. I feel they are scamming people and Amazon needs to step in as well because they are also a seller on Amazon.

Placed order for christmas present and was to be here in 6 days. I received confirmation email from them that they received the order so i thought it would be fine. I never received the item and after 3 emails and 2 phone callsLeft messages unable to talk to anyone) i never received any type of communication or tracking information. I then found that they have done this many times to different people. So, i sent another email cancelling my order and contacted my charge card and they are going to handle it from their end and then ordered my item from a reputable site. How are they still allowed to maintain their site on the net? Do not buy from this company!!

On line store is a scam- don't order

I ordered a Christmas present for my son. It was supposed to be delivered in 6 days and received a confirmation email so I thought it would be fine. After not receiving the product, I tried to contact them by phone(had to leave a message) and email as that I had not received any updates to my order and no tracking number. It is getting closer to Christmas and was becoming worried since this was to be a present. After 3 EMAILS and 2 PHONE CALLS with several ways given to contact me, I never received a reply of any kind. I found this site and noted they have done this to many people. I contacted my charge card and they will dispute charges from them and then sent an email cancelling my order and then ordered the item from a reputable site. How do they stay in business.? Worst company by far. I guess only order from them if you live in Maine and can knock on their door or that's what comes up when you dial their phone number!!!! Buyer beware!!!

Stay away from

I ordered a waffle iron from this web site, suppose to be free shipping but they charged me shipping; thought no problem, I'd just contact them. Red Flag # 1....their "so-called" contact web site wasn't working so tried the customer service number, left a message & got no response--another Red Flag. So then I thought I'd go into "my account" using the username & password they provided----guess what?? that didn't work either so called may credit card provider, told them the situation & that's the end of my experience with this "outfit". But you are the ones that made me do this by your reviews, so I thank all of you for that & hope we can save someone else from falling for their scheme of scamming people

No Refund on Returned Merchandise

I received my order but it did not look like the photo. I called and left messages. I emailed. I returned the merchandise. I continue to call and email and there is no response.

Too bad there is no such thing as bad publicity

They will probably continue these shady practices
