I’m very dissatisfied with this company. I hired them to handle some social-media advertising for my new company. They provided me with all of these estimated returns that were “based on previous results with past clients” they worked with, but my experience didn’t come anywhere close to their estimates. They promised to get me tons of likes on my Facebook page, along with tons of new customers, and the final results weren’t anywhere near what was promised to me.
When I contacted Josh Elizetxe and explained that he didn’t meet my expectations, they claimed that there was nothing they could do for me. No refund, no additional marketing to meet their original promises, nothing at all they could do. Josh then stopped answering my phone calls and emails in the hopes I would go away and stop bothering them.
