Unfortunately, we will be suing FGS Business Center, Folly Posenauer, and Rafael Montes for fraud and deceit. They double-charged our credit card for over 7 months and do this to other people. It's not about the money. We don't sue good people or good companies. We sue bad people and bad companies.
Ms. Posenauer lied when she would wire refund the $900 she stole, but never did. She then lied again when she said she refunded the $900 to our credit card, but she never did. When confronted, she becomes a very vicious woman. Instead of apologizing, she will slander you. It's an old trick. Get mad at the person you scammed. It won't work.
