This company is a scammer. Same thing happened to us, we thought we were only supposed to pay $4+ and $6+ but then when we got our visa bill there were 2 other deductions of $100+ each from this company for a product that was supposedly mailed already. which we didn't really approve of.
I applied for a free trial of intelligex and entered my information then they delivered me about 3 months worth of another supplement they sell conventently for a "non refundable one time discount". I thought I had cancelled the intelligex order orisionally after second guessing and never received confirmation of transaction so assumed it cancelled fine. Now they claime I owe them about $300.00 for something completely usless to me.
I have been calling them and they have been beating around the bush and it feels like they are deliberatly dodging my requests to have this corrected or returned. I am furious to say the least and sincerely hope karma takes a vicous revenge on every person envolved in this theft.
Ordered a sample bottle of CA Garcinia, just for the price of shipping. After transaction finished, 4 different people called me to sell me more stuff. I told them all to cancel my order, that I just wanted the trial and am unsatisfied with the way they work. THis was March 17th. On March 31st, I get a $90.00 american withdrawal from my visa debit. I called them and the person who couldn't speak good english told me that I authorized it and that her records show, nobody from their company called me. WHen I told her I would go to my bank, she said good luck, they won't do anything because you were supposed to cancel this and you didn't. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. I never did receive my sample. They will NOT credit you.
I just order it when i saw that they having promotions about the loss weight(ca garcinia)i was thought that they gonna send me first the first 14 days trials and just order and pay it using my visa,,,after 14 days i was wondered why they send me again 1 bottle but ofcourse i havent again order back,and when i check my visa they already charge and take some amount of it,and one thing the another 1bottle left they havent send me,im wondering they charge me 2 bottles of capsule without sending them at me! They charge my visa account and take out money without knowing!
