Focal Point Salon & Spa Reviews

  • Jul 27, 2023

Let me tell you about Focal Point Salon, the so-called "high-end" salon that offers nothing but a mediocre experience at ridiculously inflated prices. Seriously, who falls for their "all in one beauty services" claim that supposedly caters to your unique beauty needs? Located in North Scottsdale, they've managed to underserve their high-end clientele and disappoint the affluent crowd, leaving them with a bunch of customers from other areas of Phoenix because, well, nobody in North Scottsdale wants to waste their time there!

Look at their menu of services – dermal fillers, cellulite reduction, skin tightening, microblading, and Botox – all fancy-sounding treatments, but guess what? They're terrible at performing any of them! The owner, Michelle Lynn, oh boy, she's relentless, but not in a good way. Instead of actually improving the salon based on customer feedback, she spends her energy arguing with reviewers and customers, showing no interest in making things better.

Sure, the place may look nice, but that's where the investment ends. They should put that money into training their staff and getting proper equipment because it's clear that the employees are inexperienced and unqualified. Reviews mention horror stories of customers being harmed by these so-called "aestheticians" attempting complex procedures.

But wait, it gets better! Michelle Lynn, the owner, is the queen of unprofessional behavior. She'll go to great lengths to defend her business, publicly shaming customers who dare to leave negative feedback. Customer service? Nah, not her thing. She harasses people who leave less-than-glowing reviews, trying to force them to change their opinion. Crazy, right?

And let's not forget about the allegations of serious harm caused by their hasty and poorly executed procedures. The staff doesn't even follow consistent procedures – chaos and incompetence reign supreme! And it seems they're also discriminatory, mishandling procedures for non-white customers and those whose first language isn't English. Just lovely.

Oh, and here's the kicker – Michelle Lynn pays for positive reviews! Yes, she buys her way into a falsely inflated reputation, trying to trick unsuspecting customers into believing they're a high-end salon. It's all smoke and mirrors, folks!
