DO YOUR RESEARCH !!!!!!!!!! I found a VERY similar system for only $299 free installation, the filters are cheaper each year and they NEVER charge for house calls . I am so very upset that i made this mistake i should have done my research !! I called the company they told me there is nothing that i can do..Now im stuck with a reverse osmosis system costing me 1,700 PLUS interest !!!!!

Bill was relieved of his duties because of his behavior, but has been making some pretty outrageous claims in order to make sales since his departure (including making claims that he still works for us to get into people's homes). He hasn't worked for our company for almost a year. Well I have never been so confused in my life one minute William (Bill) Brenk was selling for florida water analysis and now he is selling for florida water consultants. He first told us our system was not working and unfixable and could not get parts for our water conditioner anymore. So he did his water test and showed us it was not up to par and then he went into pricing told us we did not need a ro anymore when using his new system (which we bought two yrs ago from florida water analysis) we needed it then? So we heard what he had to say he offered us several options from new to used-refurbished. We told him we did not have the finances to purchase a new one at this time his whole demeanor changed from there he started telling us we wasted his time and he does not come back its a one time offer on pricing. I would never buy a used system like that he is a terrible salesman in my opinion and i would never purchase from florida water analysis or florida water consultants which ever one he is really with? Sounds like a scam artist and a con people like this has a special place in hell.
