I was a patient of Dr. Daubert in November, 2011 for cataract sugery. I recently went for new glasses and was informed by my eye doctor that I was given the wrong lenses. I was supposed to get lenses that would only correct my long distance vision but, it turns out that what Dr. Daubert put in my eyes was for short distance vision. How shocked was I when my doctor told me this. I paid a lot of out-of-pocket expenses for this surgery that my insurance didn't cover. Many of them miscellaneous charges only to be told by my eye doctor that my eyees were corrected for close-up vision and not long distance! Now I understand why I have to take my glasses off to read. To say I am upset is putting it very lightly! I just wish I knew what kind of legal recourse I could take to have my eyes corrected the way Dr. Daubert should have done in the first place.
