I Yvonne Cox am appealing and disputing violation charges and and as I stated on today's call to Sun Pass at 888-824-8655 spoke to Maggie and supervisor Carl or something with a C.

i never applied for or been a member of Sun Pass, nor do I practice going pass tolls without paying. i always when a live person is availablr use the toll with human employee in booth unless no one is working both that should be occupied with employee and I have no control if no one is in those booths.

I received a invoice for bogus charges and a bill for charges for the first time, reason given, my address changed. This is incorrect I have had the exact same mail box for over 4 years and all these charges came, after I turned in my old tag on May 15, 2017 on May 27, 2017 due to my new car I got in Dec 2016 and have not driven PT Cruiser this year at all.

I am requesting the state corrects and delete my name from their insufficient list and advise collections of error.

Note: I paid Red light toll last year in Tampa and this is the only charge from FDOT and only in my life received ever. I paid with check or debit forgot which and it came directly from my bank if not money order.

FDOT sent me a bill tallying tolls since 2013 which said these tolls have gone unpaid for over three years....a whopping $665! When we called to complain, we were told that these were additional tolls that had not previously reported on the system and that they needed to be paid in full immediately. Otherwise we would not be able to register our vehicle again. All these years, we've made every single payment for every single bill that has been sent to us from FDOT. Is this why they went completely automated on their roadways? So they can fabricate a bill with no recourse to the consumer? Shame on you Tallahassee.
