For the past several months I have been going through unnecessary stress from this agency. I recieved a notice that I was being deemed 'uncooperative' with them about my claim when they sent a notification to my previous address. It took them a month to send the form- which I should not have to complete for the second time since I began my claim in 2017. They seem to have misplaced my information and have literally done NOTHING in regards to assisting me. I send in the documentation and confirmed that they recieved the documentation.
Wouldnt you know that less than a month later I am being deemed 'uncooperative' about the same documentation that I have submitted! I submit the information again- this makes this 3 times I am giving them the SAME information- only for them to claim they never recieved it. I fax the information againn for the FOURTH time, and now am waiting for them to 'contact the proper department' to then contact the public assistance ageny to inform them that I am in compliance.
I have never seen an agency so poorly run in my 53 years on this planet. These idiots are being paid to do absolutley nothing but pass the problem. If I had the resources to move out of this state, I'd do it in a heartbeat. This has to be the most poorly run state in the country!!!
