I went there on friday monday sept 9 ashley the admisson person just wanted to sale a false education. I also looked up ascis accerdaites and this college lost a program last year.. The feds did raid two of their campus in florida in 2007. I have reported it to federal goverment because an application takes 90 days to process.

Also have reported it to acis. The staff only is selling a false education to be a stepping stone to a better job.. This place needs to be raided and set down by the feds, florida department of education. Stock holders companie is what florida career college really is.

Florida department of education please review this school and get it shut down before it ruins people lives because stock holders dont care about ruining people lifes. I also dont consent to a loan from this school..not attending it at all their may try to claim i am attending it on sep 12,2019 just for number's.

Don't waste your time and money. All they care about is how much money they can get from you. They have poor instruction and give you unstandardized test that's impossible to pass. They make the nursing program hard so you don't succeed and eventually flunk out. That's how they get all your money and you have no degree. Don't waste your time, please I'm begging you. The head of the department don't care about your success, it's all about how they get paid even when you fail. Please look somewhere else to do nursing. Ask people around about different nursing program s and their success rates. They don't even have accreditation yet, meaning if you want to continue school somewhere else, they may not accept your credits.Don't go, it's not worth it.

My horrible journey begin of august 15 2016 with college at time name UEI aka Florida Career College Houston campus , they tell sugarcoated lies to get into their programs so they wont below quotes . The teachers there are not professional, don't know materials to teach. I had went a whole course with no books due to there book lady never at work, only one set of keys also had to take multiple LOA's due teachers quitting are there Favorite line" so we can accommodate you better" all is bunch of bulls*it !!! They charge you for room board for what ? It does not have dorms rooms or cafeteria when you question them about it they say oh we will fix it. I came to school to better myself for my children not to be played with and its joke to them ! its not fair to the students that actually wanna learn !!! teachers should not be drinking on the clock or bribing students with sexual acts for good grades! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ALL THIS MONEY 20,000 FOR CERTIFICATE THIS SCHOOL NEEDS TO BE LOOKED INTO AND SHUT DOWN !

I went to FCC in 2014/2015 I'm PCT program which in the end you get an expensive cna license . With a EKG and Phlebotomy added but no one will hire you till you get at least 2 years experience.I graduated in 2015. During my schooling there 4 teacher that quit .One quit in the middle of the semester and we didn't have a teacher another teacher was trying to run two classes at once.the school changed hands in the middle of my schooling and we had to go to school from 4 days to 5 days a week. It was a big mess and i would of quit but i would owe all this money for the whole schooling so i just bit the bullet to finish.I was just glad to get out of there. Graduation was stupid they only have one ever 3 months or so depends on how many graduated. I was not enforced when the graduation ceremony was till 3 days before it was going to happen and they were out of gowns to buy for the ceremony so I did not go to it they called me to pick up the certification. I had federal loans and the rest was put on a school loan called tuition option . I paid them off while going to school. I PAID them off . All I should have left is my federal loans .

But exactly 2 years after graduating I began to receive phone calls from eic telling me I still owe like $772 dollars to the school. They call me 10 times a day which is harassment. 1) I didn't go to graduation because short notice 2) I did not go get my Cna license because I feel I didn't learn enough to take the test.they need to get the money back from the those events . DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL ALL THEY CARE IS THE MONEY NOT THE STUDENTS .

I recently started attending Florida Career college on March 22, 2017 , which used to be called UEI college and before that Anthem college. I was going for about a month or so I was 4 months pregnant at the time trying to get into finishing adult high school education and took an interests In medical assistant technician ; I stopped attending for about 2 and a half weeks due to personal responsibility which is moving to a new place and having problems with my landlords . I contacted my teacher and explained to her what was going on she seemed reasonable now yesterday ,Monday, May 8, 2017 , I was told I would have to come in between 6-7 since I haven't been attending school I spoke to a lady named Ms. Fobbs , she explained to me if I didn't show I would be put out and then I told her I wasn't going to be able to make it due to traffic and it being late already and I have to tend to my responsibilities since I have another 3 year old child as well and she didn't seem to want to reason with me so I asked her if I could take evening classes since morning wasn't working for me anymore ; but since I didn't make it she told me I was going to be put out either way after asking her if I could go today , May 9,2017, she said no and I also asked her if I could get my transcripts sent to another college I'm applying to and well she said that wasn't possible ! What has me very disappointed why lie in orientation and tell students we can have our transcripts sent out if we decide to transfer colleges but in the end decide they won't do it . That's false publicity and not fair I believe they need to be closed down for everything they are doing not only false publicity but as well most of these teachers don't even know what they are teaching ! All this studying and all we do is mainly work out a book hardly have ever done any labs.

I attended FCC, starting the semester in February 2014. After my second class, the teacher cancelled all classes for a month due to a family emergency. I took a pharamcology class that provided zero education.

After that each class was worse than the next. I did not receive the proper education to perform an EKG on a human being. I never learned the proper way to withdrawal blood. We used each other to practice withdrawaling blood without proper instruction or supervision. There was not a coursework portion during the injections class. This class we also injected each other with saline to practice also, without proper instruction and knowledge or supervision.

There are many other situations that made me feel like the teachers were not educated and were fraudulant. I am very disappointed, I thought each class would get better but it only got worse. My 180 hours of externship had nothing to do with what I went to school for. I was put in a place I would consider a "pill mill" because the doctors saw 100 patients within a 6 hour time frame. The medical assistants/ nurses are suppose to save lives not kill them. Becoming a medical assistance should be taken more serious.

Would you feel secure about these nurses and medical assistants performing tasks on you because I wouldn't. I hear this college is being considered a trade school. I think this is bullshit. Maybe a CNA but not a medical assistant who has to stick people with needles.

We never had a graduation. I never recieved my diploma. I was also paying them on a monthly basis even though I had put in complaints about my education often. This was a full total waste of my time and money. I am still stuck with an outstanding loan I believe I am not responible for repaying due to the disturbingly poor education I recieved. All books that I paid for were sold about three weeks later for a dollar.

I am not happy that the government would even give out loans to fraudulent schools. People dream about being a nurse and this is the type of education we recieve?

First off, they told me I could continue my education at any other school that I wanted and when it was too late I found out that nobody takes the credit from the school. I was also told that I wouldn't have to pay anything until two years after I was done I never saw any of the money that I was borrowing and on top of that I started paying two months after I started school I never got to graduate because I couldn't afford it and five years later I'm still trying to pay them off

I went to this school at first for a diploma for medical adsistant, then changed to the I T associates degree. I was told by others that I couldn't transfer credits because I'd have to be in a degree program which is why I switched (plus I love computers). I also was going to keep going for a second degree but ended up stopping after 1 - 6 week set of classes because I couldn't afford to pay $cash for the second degree. I was also supposed to be grandfathered in on tuition that was going up if I signed on before a certain date. I did sign the paperwork, paperwork which was "lost" when it came time to start the 2nd degee. Also to graduate I was supposed to do an online resume (I did about 4 months prior to my graduation). That resume was also supposed to be "approved" - it never was and to this day I don't think it has been! I was PROMISED help with finding a job - never got it. I was PROMISED I could take refresher classes after graduation - I never got them! I went back & tried. I was "informed" my degree, any refresher classes, & assistance was NOT AVAILABLE to me! My degree (website administration) was no longer available & as the man put it "obsolete" & the classes I took are no longer available to anyone PERIOD! When I asked about any kind of database types of classed they may have, I was told again none available! I stated in front of students the situation was wrong & seeing that they had my money they no longer were the College that cared. Most of the classes I took I basically had to do them all on my own cause like another person said, they had too many students that didn't speak English. I did have 4 teachers throughout the 2 years I was there that were great & I learned from but that is 3 months worth of classes out of 24 months! SUCH A TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!
