Slosser, Hudgins, Struse & Freund - Defrauding the Elderly and Dependants
Paul D. Slosser clearly and surely failed to inform me as a dependant of my father's estate that my father's will was being probated by the firm, as is required by Arizona law. After the will went to probate, the firm failed to make any attempt to contact me and inform me regarding my father's estate, and my rights as a dependant.
When this was brought to court by myself, Paul Slosser assigned the junior attorney Timothy Struse to illegally combat me in court instead of even attempting what is customary benefits for a dependant, or of even being enough of a gentleman to have a conversation with my mother and myself regarding the estate. When it was obvious to T Struse that not only was their case clearly lost, they schedualled a meeting with the judge to dismiss the case and award themselves court costs, of which I was never informed.
Corrupt Arizona Superior Probate court? You bet.
Think reasonable complaint to the courts and even the Attorney General's office can take corrupt lawyers to task? It does not.
Finally, when my mother was temporarily ill and in her 80's, Attorney Michael Norris Harrison, who had clearly indulged himself in being my adversary - to the point of actually writing me a letter that stated he would always be my adversary - was used by the law firm to get control of my father's funds from the estate and pay himself and the law firm for some extra services and vacations...while negligently leaving real estate properties unrented and ill-maintained. They still are at this writing.
Loss of employment, incredible hardship, attorney MNH actually turning off the utilities at my home without informing me, not even a billing for court costs - the bill was sent directly to collections and I have had not one, not ten, but literally about a hundred recorded collection calls to my residence before disconnecting the phone. Control of estate funds has also not been given to the firm specified in my father's will.
These are utter sadistic carnivorous bastards of wickedness and evil - very tragically really manipulated by racist cronies with severe political and religious prejudice beyond their class, understanding and capabilities - who can put on a suit and a show for a few hours without making it to the level of real human beings, let alone demonstrating compassion, intelligence and reasonably gentlemanly and humane service. This firm is a dishonor to parents and children as well as the legal system, a dishonor to their educational institutions, despicably defrauding the elderly and really not obeying their long-established wishes and practice - nor obeying the law. Prison and hell, and very surely. Perdition.
I might quite frankly suggest you bestow what you may upon your descendants before you leave without employing this law firm...and take the time to make it work with your children and relatives.
My father's remains where incinerated instead of being buried next to his parents in the cemetary, and his will, wishes and long-established practice with regard to his only son were not and have never been followed. My still- living mother's wishes, even to the extent of having copies of legal documents, were not ever reasonably obeyed by this law firm.
