Flawless Complexion Reviews

  • Aug 9, 2017

I was searching for an American Express website, and a fraudulent website that protrayed itself as American Express said I won a reward of sample skin care. All I had to pay was for shipping. There was no indication that I was signing up for a 14 day trial in which I would be charged the full price of the skin care, and then recurring subscription every month for 79.95 and 94.90 for eye cream and anti aging cream. It's hidden in their terms and conditions which you don't click on because it asks for your credit card and right above it, it indicates, "by clicking to buy the above I agree I am 18 years old and agree to the terms and conditions". The logic doesn't even make sense. Who uses that much skin lotion a month? You can buy those same skincare items on other websites for $30 or so. And how can you test skin cream results in 10 days (4 days was for shipping) in order to make a choice you would like to buy the whole expensive cream? The 3rd party website I clicked on was false advertising and made it appear that I won a sample skin care, in which I only had to pay the shipping.

At first it was for only eye cream, then it added this anti aging cream to the cart for another shipping charge. There was no way to only select the eye cream.

I didn't realize till I saw 2 boxes show up today that that's where these mysterious charges had been coming from. I called the merchant phone number on my statement, furious demanding they refund everything and that I was being manipulated and robbed. The man tried to tell me it was too late, and that I had "clicked" on accepting the terms and conditions. Well NOT REALLY. He said he couldn't refund me for the 2 1st month charges, but he could refund me 50% of the 2nd month charges. 50%?! I told him I didn't even open the boxes?! On the shipping label there is no company name listed. When I asked to talk to a supervisor he eventually gave me the 100% refund on the first month after long delays. I continued to ask him what his company name was and the name of the company listed on his paychecks. He continued to avoid the question. First he says, we are just Customer Service. Then he said he didn't know the name of the company, that he sells many products. Then after research, he says his company is Vividermix, yet my bank statement described a name, abbreviated for Healthy Idea Anti Aging Cream, and the second transaction was written as HSPEYE. He wouldn't tell me what the abbreviations were. At first he said his supervisor would tell me the same terms and conditions, then he said there was no supervisor available, and HUNG UP ON ME.

They send a confirmation email to me from vividermix.com cancelling my crazy subscription, I click on the Vividermix website and call the contact number on there. A woman gives me the same spiel. She wouldn't give me her corporation name, just "customer service for billing". She wouldn't give me the name on her payroll checks. She kept trying to ask me questions about why I cancelled and that they have great products. When I asked for her supervisor, she said the supervisors are limited by the same terms and conditions and that there was no supervisor and hung up on me as well.

I pray that all will BEWARE of the Vividermix SCAM. The original website I clicked on is not there and now they are portraying themselves as different company names, but the webpage looks the same. Now it's Flawless Complexion.
