I tell him to Jiggle it Im outta there, then he tells me my HOLD money which i authorized but never authorized my card to be actually ran is non refundable.

Heres the bottom line, if you search online you'll find Curtis is a Lying scum used car salesman who will say anything to get the 500$ hold money hoping he can jam you into a vehicle and you wont have any choice but to take it.
Little does this fool realize My credit cards have fraud protection so their not getting my money over the long run anyway.
They are theives selling damaged vehicles unsafe to be on the roads. There are ethical salespeople out there go to them instead.
If you actually buy a car from them You get what you deserve!
Charges have been filed against Curtis with teh Layton Police department , the utah consumer protection board, the motor vehicle enforcement board, the BBB and the Attorney general.
After reporting their fraud they tried to pull the ad for the truck but we already downloaded it in pdf for the authorities.
