I noticed I was charged $70 NSF charges on my account on 8/11/2020 & 8/18/2020 also and my account was not negative I also called the bank and they said I had holds totaling up to $140 for credit charges .I told her I check my app everynight and I never seen any negative except one night around the 18th I believe or the 11 was two dollars so I transferred $60 from my husband's account to my account and still was not negative I told the manager I have a right to know what charges made my account negative she said she couldn't tell me exactly which consumer had a hold it was a few holds pending and they didn't know the company but I should balance a checkbook .
Even if I balanced a checkbook I wouldn't know of the hold to add into my log because it never showed on either end and I was not informed my account was never in the negative know with over$170 in charges they owe me over $700 in just two weeks it's sad and I feel robbed I have two kids that are freshmen in college and a newborn and also a fourteen year old and my unemployment for the pandemic $900 was taken by the bank and they only say I don't know what to tell you.
