Financing Help Center Reviews

  • Nov 16, 2018

I was contacted by Daniel Gatez from Financing Help Center in Houston, TX on October 4, 2018 wanting to work with me as a Broker placing borrower's applications with their company to obtain funding. Per the contract he sent, I would be paid a 7% funding fee of the amount of the loan obtained by borrower. So, once a borrower was pre approved, the fee agreement would be sent by me to borrower explaining after receiving their funds, they would renumerate their company 15%(8% to the company and 7% to me).

I placed my first client with this company and borrower was funded for $25,000. Borrower payed company 15%($3750). My commisssion would be($1750-7% of the $25K). They took their sweet time paying me after borrower payed them. I had to call and email like 7 times to get my money, and then, when they did send it, they only paid me 4.5%($1125 instead of 7%($1750). I then had to get back on the phone and email two more days to get my remaining balance of $625 owed me.

They initially tried to scam me saying they would send the other 2.5% on the borrowers next loan(The same borrower was due to get another $10K later, and they were trying to wrap the 9.5% into the next $10K($950) The remaining balance of 2.5% of original $25K is $625.

Instead of sending me my remaining balance of $625 immediately, they were trying to cheat me out of $400 by wrapping the 2.5% in the next $10K Borrower was getting($10KX7% =700=) 2.5% =$250. I reiterated to them I was owed 2.5% of $25K, not $10K.

Jason, the Manager of the office(as I was told) called me and told me he could only send $500 to me through ZELLE since it was his first time sending money. That was a LIE. Zelle allows anyone to send up to $1000 daily! I received the $500, and then I had to call another two days to get the remaining balnce of $125 that was owed me. I finally got that.

Now, this same client has received his next $10,000 and I am owed $700(7%X10,000). I was told via text messages by Daniel Gatez that Jason would send my money today Saturday, and as I write this, that has not happened. I will GET MY MONEY, the right way, or put the whole company on BLAST VIA THE NEWS. I told the guy:"You do not want to screw a MARINE!"

I had no idea these incompetent dorks would not honor their contract, but, now I know, as I said at the beginning, I was contacted by Daniel Gatez to work with him. I was already working with other companies and have had no problem getting paid. I write this to WARN all other Brokers who are contacted by this company to work with them-STAY AWAY!! They are not worth the Prison Time. I only brought two clients and one is still pending, and, as I write has not gotten funded yet.

Anyone reading this from The Attorney General's Office of Texas, or Dept Of Consumer Affairs, of the FTC, I have all the documentation, emails, and text messages to collaborate all of the aforementioned. If you are Lawyer, feel free to contact me.
