Back in June of 2017 I came across a product designed by Fifth Dimention Labs called Roll bud (the All-in-one portable smoking solutions) The product was in its pre order stages then so I decided to become one of the first 5,000 people to buy one, and bought 3 ($140CAD total) Even tho I don’t smoke pot or anything I thought it Would be a great birthday present for some of my friends!

The timeline for the product to be manufacturered and shipped was at the end of July, then August, then Sept, then December and so on, it kept getting pushed back due to manufacturing, product quality, and customs which of course was to be expected with any new product especially one that was meant for the weed industry! By the middle of January the product was all ready to go and people were starting to get their orders except for me. I started asking why my order hasn’t shipped and the answers I have received are: Feb 12 2018 - We have shipped US orders.

Since you are in Canada you can expect to receive your tracking number at the end of this week! You should receive your package about 10 days from the day it is shipped :)

Feb 23 2018 - We are sorry, many orders outside of the US have STILL not received tracking numbers. Your order has safely landed in Miami, FL and should be sent any day now. I am in contact with the fulfillment service on a daily basis and they keep informing me that the orders will ship tomorrow. However, they have been saying this since last week... I have a call with their CEO today since it is ridiculous that your orders have not shipped yet. We apologize that it has taken a bit longer than expected, all I can do is stay on top of them and pressure them to send your orders out immediately. They don't get paid until they ship your orders so they really should send them ASAP! I should be able to squeeze a firm date out of them after speaking with their CEO and be able to update you with a . Thank you for your patience, you have been very supportive and accepting of these growing pains. Things will only get better in the future, and we are poised to make you happy. As we grow, the benefits of being an FD Innovators grow, and we are excited about the future vision that we have in store for all of you.

Mar 16 2018 - Our fulfillment service is working hard to ship your order ASAP, you will get your tracking number emailed directly to you. We have been on their a*s about getting these orders out and our account manager at the fulfillment service is hounding their warehouse daily to maximize shipments. When exactly is beyond our control unfortunately, but we are confident that they are doing the best they can in order to get your order sent to you ASAP. Thank you for all your patience and support. I then checked out FB and IG only to find out that people have received their orders and are now already ordering the Gen 2 roll bud! I’m still getting the run around and they now won’t respond to any of my emails about a refund! April 7 2018 - (ME) Is there still nothing! It’s been almost another month since my last inquiry. If they’re not sent by the end of April can I please have a refund? I would like to find something else for my friends birthday since this isn’t working out. April 19 2018 - We apologize for the delay. We have your order and are currently waiting on inventory so that we can fulfill it. We will be shipping your order soon! Thanks for your patience.

April 19 2018 - (ME) if that the case then How come people are already ordering Gen 2? I feel like I’m getting the run around from you guys and as much as I want to hang on I would like to just get my money back please! And i haven’t heard a word from them since! I’m not the type of person to file a rip off report but this company deserves it! I work in the customer service industry and this is terrible customer service especially from the owner himself!
