This engineer is grossly incompetent. We paid him to complete an engineering plan and to represent us to our village planning board. 6 months later he has not fulfilled the contractual obligations, he seems overwhelmed and confused by the work proposed . He claims that he is “ a professional” but does not carry himself as such. Stay away from this company at all costs .
