This company is a complete scam. Back in January of 2017 I was contacted by this company about my federal student loans. They told me that they would consolidate my federal student loans and zero out my monthly payments. In order for them to start the process, they required 3 payments of $250 a piece. After I made the payments to them they supposedly started the process in consolidating my federal student loans. I was sent emails a few months later saying that they were missing some information from me. After giving them the information that they required, they stated my federal student loans were consolidated. I didn’t realize until August of 2017 that I was scammed by this company because my federal student loan borrowers contacted me telling me that I was behind about $800 in my loan payments. I immediately contacted them as well as Federal Student Help to figure out what was going on. My loan borrowers told me that nothing was ever consolidated by Federal Student Help. I have continuously been in contact with this company and they continue to lie. They have also scammed a friend I referred to them. I am currently seeking a class action against this company. If anyone has any info. regarding this company, please let me know.
