I AM COMPLETELY HUMILIATED BEATEN DOWN, BROKE AND DESPERATE, George Circiu has taken advantage of me and made a fool out of me, I hope there will be stronger laws written to protect people from having their life savings stolen
My whole life all I ever wanted was to live in a nice home, Me & my Mom were saving to have one home remodeled because it was in very bad shape, Unfortunately my Mom passed away before I could get our home remodeled, When I finally had enough money to do so my story turns into a nightmare

I am currently in the middle of a renovation nightmare, Jan 2nd 2017, I hired the owner of FATHER & SON BUILDERS, Mr George Nick Circiu, He promised me his word was his bond and that this company has been in business since 1925, Mr Circiu also stated that he owned another business called PENN HOME REMODELING and that they would be doing some of the work like blocking up two windows, stucco and cement and brick work He assured me that both businesses were dependable, George and his partner Chris Herrmann were always together and wrote my contracts, The seemed to be very nice and friendly at first, they took an interest in my artwork and life, I came to think of them like good friends for the first few weeks, but I started noticing that the quality of work was not good, ceilings were sloping, seams were showing in all the walls,my floors were uneven, George became furious when I confronted him and Chris, He wanted more money, I said no, you need to fix what was wrong, George threatened to stop all work and leave, I got nervous and paid him, he then assured me all these things would be taken care of, and the next week George and Chris tried talk me into a new contract, they would give me a great deal, I wasn't really that interested,then they both started to call me names. That was really strange behavior to me, it was like I was being bullied in high school, George is a very imposing man about 6'4, I am 5'6, George and Chris were intimidating to me. They both knew my health wasn't the best and I have mobility issues and that I was alone except for my two dogs

Circiu of Father and Son builders located on 2718 East Allegheny ave Phila Pa,19134 and Penn Home Remodeling 322 Fox Hollow Drive Feasterville, Pa 19053 George Circiu has taken over 54k dollars of my money, he and his partner Chris Herrmann, berated me and bullied me, they taunted me saying I was cheap and trying to force me to give them more money, He kept coming every week or two for six weeks to get more money,
The work that was done, is horrible, crooked ceilings, floors are buckling etc
Now water is coming in my house and I have been living in a small bedroom with my two dogs since jan.2017,
When I complained about things his contractor Jon Skumpija said I complained too much, When I told George he just laughed and said don't pay attention to him.
This guy knew I was disabled and had trouble getting around yet he removed my bannister and I still don't have one to get up my stairs
Please warn people about this guy, he acts real nice but he is a devil in disguise. The last time I talked to him he said, Didn't I know he was just messing with me and there was not much I could do about it , as he was going to file for bankruptcy
I am still in shock over this, Me and my Mom saved for years to finally get our house fixed,My Mom passed a few years ago, I was so excited, I thought she would be happy
Can someone help me, I am so depressed and worn down by this man. Please isn't there any way to get justice for the average guy
I have reached out to all the locale Media, sent him a certified letter demanding my money back or for him to finish the work he agreed to do, I have contracts, cancelled checks etc. still it doesn't matter Now I am told by the DA that this is an economic crime I need a lawyer, The lawyer wants at least 25k thousand dollars to sue him, and there is still no guarantees that I will ever get my money back as he can just file for bankruptcy.
