I wish I could give zero stars. So I will just list EVERYTHING wrong with Fath properties (every property)
- There were squirrels living in the ceiling for months that weren't taken care of. They claimed to have set traps, but did nothing about them constantly coming back and just told residents constantly "there are traps set" and left it at that.
- Water damage all over the ceilings. Which they promptly tried to blame on us when we moved out.
- Some of the staff were doing things that would allow residents to stay at the apartments for less. Things like telling them it's okay not to claim a pet on the lease, or that minor damage on a car was acceptable. Then when she left, every tenant that had signed a lease through her had the book thrown at them and management was unwilling to help them out.
- Minor, I'm talking seriously minor, scratches, dings, or even rust spots on your car means you can't park it not only in the parking lots, but you can't even park it on the streets because they claim it's theirs. You have to park your vehicle around the corner to get them to stop leaving false tickets on your windshield. Even while attempting to move out of that hell hole, the car I had chosen to use was older and rusted, and while moving boxes to the car, a tow truck pulled up to tow it away. Luckily we got there in time and explained the situation, but they wouldnt' even let us move OUT!
- They will come into your apartment with less than a 24 hours notice. If you attempt to call them out on it, they will claim they put a note on your door 24 hours prior. There were multiple times where I'd leave throughout the day, or my husband would leave for work, and the note wouldn't be there until he got back from nightshift claiming in a few hours they'd come into the apartment for some sort of inspection. When we attempted to let them know they'd need to give a 24 hours notice, the woman who is a real b**** in staff told me she'd given it, and when I told her I'd be bringing my lawyer around she slammed my own door in my face.
- They will send maintenence into your home unannounced. I woke up one morning to sounds in my bathroom. I'm thinking someone's broken into my house so I come out of my bedroom in my underwear holding a bat only to find some young new maintentence guy I've never seen before and the older guy claiming something was wrong with my bathtub and that it was an emergency. There was nothing wrong with it aside from the drain stopper not closing all the way. I'd hardly consider that an emergency.
- There are roaches all over the place. If you have a pet or a child, they will blame their constant roach problem, one they've had for years and do nothing but spray some stuff that does nothing, on you. Even if you see one or two roaches every now and again, and a bunch of them in the hallways or on the doors of vacant apartments.
- There's a woman, Jennifer, who is condescending, rude, and constantly barges into people's apartments and gives an attitude. She is constantly on review sites as being a big unprofessional b****, and yet she's still there. If you run in with her, be prepared to want to call all kinds of lawyers and police officers or your best friend, joe, with the big metal bat.
They are NOT peaceful, they RUIN your comfortable living situation, barge into your home illegally, and constantly have problems with pests, crappy management, and apartment buildings that are falling apart. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM BLUEGRASS MANOR AND FATH PROPERTIES!
