The following email was sent to Fastline.com and they neither responded nor did the get a copy of the RSE Fabrication Full 3 Year Warranty, and yet RSE fabrication still advertises on their website. This is a Buyer Beware advisory that not all dealers on Fastline as advertised are reputable. As of this date the BBB rates RSE Fabrication a C- so maybe Fastline should revisit their guidelines when they imply that BEGIN EMAIL I purchased a Rock Picker from RSE Fabrication and it wasn't welded correctly. The bottom or ground teeth were miss aligned with the teeth seating higher at the ends with some being approximately one inch above the others. The swing arm or pick up arm is slightly bowed causing an uneven pickup an imbalance causing the chain to loosen and get tight on the down swing. Mr. Stahl owner of RSE Fabrication refused to take back the rock picker and send one that was correctly manufactured. The unit broke in the first hour of use because it was missing set screws which also broke the chain. He did send some parts but refused to repair or replace the unit. Mr. Stahl would not produce a written warranty at time of sale, nor has he produced one as of this date. I bought one back in March 27, 2017. As best I can tell, this Full Three Year Warranty is a fraudulent misrepresentation. We are looking at interstate laws to see if this, and I believe it does, violate Consumer Protection laws regarding false advertising on Fastline Website and intentional fraudulent representation of having a Full Three Year warranty. Mr. Stahl is aware of the complaint but has done nothing to resolve it. This email is asking Fastline to review what you consider reputable manufactures and dealers.
