Fast and Furious Detailing told my husband they would be able to clean every nook and cranny of my vehicle. They charged $25 extra for extra dirty vehicles which we told them ours was dirty--we have kids! When picking up the vehicle, there was cleaner runs dried to the faux wood finish, my doors were scrubbed either too hard or with a very abrasive cleaner as the finish was dulled and some areas ruined. Many areas of the vehicle were not even clean or attempted to be cleaned. The upholstry was sopping wet and smelled as though the vehicle was cleaned with urine-as no urine smell was present prior to taking it to this outrageous detailer! The owner told my husband the reason some of the vehicle was dirty is that it blew back in...not sure how that explains the spilled stuff stuck to the interior. He also tried to tell him our vehicle was the dirtiest he has seen...the pics on his website show vehicles much dirtier---false advertising I guess! I refused to pay them the full amount since they ruined my vehicle and I have to take it elsewhere to see if I can get my vehicle salvaged from the mess they made. They knew they sucked and should not have charged me at all!
