PLEASE BEWARE. This company is a scam and should be shut down. I purchased a $580 new pair of sneakers. Opened the box, took out a shoe and quickly decided they were too chunky in style, put the shoe back in the box and packed it up for return (in the exact same condition received). Returned for a refund WELL WITHIN the 14 day return policy.
Never received refund so called Farfetch 20 days later inquiring as to why I have not received refund; spoke with Mariana P. who informed me they were “negotiating the return with their partner boutique”; I was confused as to why the return needed to be negotiated and Mariana replied that “the shoes had stains on them and they are trying to remove the stains and will provide another update within 8 days”.
Needless to say, I was shocked by this response. If there were any stains on the shoes (none that I noticed in the quick few minutes they were out of the box), the stains would have been there when I received them. I demanded a refund and heard nothing back so I called Farfetch again on 5/4/22 (almost a full month since I returned the shoes).
The representative indicated that “she would have to talk to her colleague about this and that I need to be patient because the return process takes a while” (It’s been almost a month). After putting me on hold to reach her colleague, she came back on the line and said “my colleague is on a lunch break and she will call you back in an hour”. Never heard from them. It's been 5 days.
Today, I went online to do some research on Farfetch.com and it appears that this same scenario is a pattern with this company with many other customers - and eerily similar or the same to my experience - refusing to accept eligible refunds and declaring the items "damaged”. Please read the reviews before you buy. Literally 90% of them are similar to what I experienced.
Hi dear i paid (malone souliers )shoes for my sister wedding and they send for me used shoes not new and not covered it, then when i send for them said it’s out of stock no other one , and then daily, not answering me to return, and i don’t have time because my sister wedding after 2 days iwear it then they send we can give you 10% discount but not wor at the new item just old why send for me used items and not need a descent.

BE VERY CAREFUL WITH FARFETCH, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN SEND EMAILS TO SAY THIS AND THAT, THEY ARE VERY DODGEY, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
