I had windows put in by this company several years ago under the "twice the life of your house guarantee" . Sounded riduculous - yes - but I at least thought they would stand behind them. Now here I am with several widows that need resealed.
I've been searching for two years trying to find a contact means for the company and finally ran across some simalar situations here -- the toll free number and 570 numbers I listed have been identified as somewhere you could get some resoultion. Well I've been calling them for two days now -- NEVER an answer and when they go to a voice mail box it won't take any messages because it says it is too full.
If you eve happen to run across any one from this company - no matter what they are selling - do yourself a favor and run the other way.
I am trying to get in touch with Fanelli Window Pros Inc. I cannot get a person or and I get a person and they tell me someone will call me.
The last person I talked to asked me what the problem is and I gave a discription of the needed repair. Again they will call me.
I call now and get another recording, leave my phone number. Its a fight everytime I need to do business with them. If they would correct the problem there would not be a problem.
A contractor pointed out the problem which a missing support under floor.
