Order hand prower lift on11/28/18. Never heard from them a week ago 1/21/19 I recieved a phone charge. Started looking for got a tracking number 784048688983 Fedx said they delivered on12/1/18 it weight was 1 pound.

I ordered a new battery for my cell phone. They advertised "free next day shipping."

On day three I called their customer service line (in India, I presume from the accent) and the representative told me my part was on back order. The add did not mention that. And that it wouid ship out that day (Hmmm).

I ordered on Oct 31. It is now Nov 10 and the delivery tracker says the post office finally has it out to deliver today. I ordered from them simply because of the price and the "next day shipping," since it is a battery for my cell phone. Ten days later and I still do not have it in hand. I think saying "next day shipping" is deceptive. When I clicked on their tracking button it would say "your information is loading" and never go any further.

Additionally, they prominently display thier 4 1/2 star rating from Google Customer Reviews, but have no way of leaving a review. All of it seems a bit sketchy to me.

Feels like switch and bait store. Company send me the wrong refrigerator water filters. After I complain multiple times they had offered me to exchange it for the "right" one for the price I can get this filter anywhere in the store near me. To get the refund i had to ship it back but than the company refused to pay for the refund shipping.

Talked to the customer service rep; talked to the customer service manager - don't recognize it as a company mistake , hang up on me.

Ordered: Replacement Filter for LG LT800P / WF800 (2-Pack) (Brand New)

I ordered 2 pack of refrigerator filters,they sent me the wrong filters. i call them they said to return the filters, they will refund my original payment plus a credit of $5 for the return shipping. I paid $7.60 at USPS for the return provided them of a copy of the transaction. Now they are refusing to pay any of the return shipping fee and they want to give me instead a 10%off coupon on my next purchase with them.

I would not want to deal with this company for any reason. I think their business practices are appaling and untrustworthy to say the least.

I have never had such a bad experience buying online. Ordered 6 refrigerator filters. They sent the wrong ones. When I went to change the filter 60 days later, it would not fit. I called them and asked for a refund or replacement of the correct filters. They refused to refund more than 3 of them, because it had been more than 30 days (even though they had never been unpacked). Not only that, but they refused to refund anything at all, but would only give me credit for other purchases. Then they told me that they DON’T STOCK THE FILTERS I NEED! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that he was busy! These guys are crooks and I am out $300 for filters that I can not use. AVOID THESE PEOPLE!
